Q2. The efficiency of cDNA synthesis using Quant II is not good.
A: Please check the length of your target gene. The best length is 4kb.
Q3. Will there be any effect if we skip the 95 degrees for Quant II?
A: The purpose is for the enzyme incativation, so it is necessary.
Q4. What is the formula of the primer of Quant II?
A: The primer inculeds random primer and oligo dT, which is 1:1.
Q5. Can Quant II be used for the RNA of E.coli?
A: Yes. Our primer is random primer and can be used for E.coli system.
Q6. Is RNA imput less than 50ng suitabl for Quant II?
A: Not recommended. Please use at least 50ng according to protocol.
Q7. Can Quant II be used for virus?
A: Yes
Q8. What is the suggested concentration if I only want to use oligo dT or random primer, respectively?
A: We suggest you refer to our protocol. 50pmol with the final volume of 20ul. For specific primer the concentration would be 5pmol.
Q9. Can you skip the gDNA removal step? Can you adjust the volume of buffers?
A: We do not recommend skipping gDNA removal step. We suggest you use the buffer according to protocol.
Q10. Do you have Rnase inhibitor in Quant II?
