EasyPrep Stool Genomic DNA Kit
EasyPrep Stool Genomic DNA Kit is based on silica membrane technology and special buffer system with RepressIn Tablets for stool sample gDNA extraction. The spin column made of new type silica membrane can bind DNA optimally on given salt and pH conditions.
Simple centrifugation processing completely removes impurity, proteins, and other organic compounds. Special RepressIn Tablets can absorb impurity from sample easily. The gDNA isolated with these products is of high quality, high purity and full-length. Purified gDNA is ready for use in downstream applications such as PCR.

Q1. What should we do hen the Buffer GSL from Stool Extraction Kit has crystallized?
A: This is normal. The customer can place the buffer in 50 degrees water bath to heat up and the crstyal will be dissolved.
Q2. What is the least amount of stool for Stool DNA extraction kit?
A: Please use according to protcol. If the amount is realy low, you can use less buffer based fecal extraction kit.
Q3. Is 90mg stool sample enough for extraction?
A: Yes.
Q4. Can we use this kit if we preserve the stool sample in 30% glycerol?
A: We suggest you homogenize your sample to avoid the sticky condition in 30% glycerol, then procced the protocol steps.
